underwhelming stay

poor lighting hidden stairs
getting into the building was a hassle i had to wait for someone else to leave so they could tell me where reception was. then i had to put my bank details on a link and they took a £70 deposit. there were stairs to the room and i had a pram which wasn't easy i am also suffering from shoulder pain. the lighting in the room was bad and i only had one wine glass i asked reception twice for another but i am still waiting.

decent location, some issues

stained bedding dusty room
the apartment showed some wear and tear. i found a few scratches and marks on the walls. the bedding also had some stains, which wasn't very appealing. a deeper clean before my arrival would have been appreciated to address the dust and overall freshness.

the apartment had a lovely little kitchen. it included everything i needed like coffee, tea, sugar, and milk sachets in the fridge. the double bed was comfy, and the whole apartment was spotlessly clean.

clean apartment good location contactable staff
the apartment was clean and tidy the decor is quite nice. the location is good with many places for food and entertainment only a short walk away. staff looked after my request with a phone call.
the frosted windows were small and there were some noises at night.

excellent central stay

convenient location easy directions
The location was convenient. i appreciated the straightforward key retrieval from the lockbox. the directions were very easy to follow. It made settling in seamless. it was nice to be so central.
the small size of the room contrasted with the photographs. i also found only one wine glass in the kitchen. this felt a bit restrictive for a double occupancy room.
